TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT
BACKGROUND
Please read these Terms of Engagements carefully before engaging Our services. These Terms of Engagements, together with any other documents referred to herein (unless otherwise stated) govern Your Website Design, Development, Maintenance, Hosting and other Internet-related services provided by Odelso.
These Terms of Engagements explain who We are, how Our services will be provided to You, how You or We may change, cancel, or otherwise end this Agreement, what to do in the event of problems, and other important information.
It is not necessary for You to have signed an acceptance of these Terms of Engagements for them to apply. If You accept a quote or engage Our Service then You will be deemed to have accepted these Terms of Engagements in full. These Terms of Engagements shall take priority and precedence over any other terms and conditions.
If You do not agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Engagements, You will not be able to engage Our service. These Terms of Engagements, as well as all Contracts, are in the English language only.

1. Definition and Interpretation
1.1 In these Terms of Engagements, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:
“The Project or Work” | means website design and development, or any other online or computer-related services being provided by Us; |
“Business Day”
“Contract” | a day (other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday) when banks in the UK are open for business; means the agreement to provide Our services following Our Order Confirmation; |
“Launch” | upload to the server or release of materials to You; |
“Order” | means Your engagement of Our services; |
“Order Confirmation” “Services” | means Our acceptance and confirmation of Your Order; means the services as set out on Our Site, the Order and/or the Contract; |
“We/Us/Our” | means Icilda Steele trading as Odelso c/o MC Legal, 16 Cook Street, Liverpool L2 9RF; |
“You/your/ yourselves” | the company or individual engaging Our website development services. |
